✓ Responsibility. Please note that camping on Mallorca is prohibited and renting out sleeping accommodation with a commercial purpose is not allowed. As a result, our tents are exclusively available for use on your property.

As a tent renter, it's important to be aware that we from Tentrentalmallorca.com cannot be held responsible for any fines imposed by local authorities if you disregard the rules and regulations.

✓ Quote. Our quotation is valid for 14 days and provides an overview of the number of tents to be rented, any package deals ordered and applicable discounts. The quotation includes expected rental charges, possible additional costs, and payment details necessary to secure your reservation.

✓ Deposit. We charge a €400 deposit per tent and this deposit also serves as an advance payment for the entire booking. Once the deposit has been received, the booking can be confirmed. At the end of your booking, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining amount and possible damage that will need to be paid within 7 days after your booking has ended.

✓ Damage and liability. During your rental period, you will be held accountable for any damage to the rented tents and equipment. To ensure that you are informed of the potential cost to cover any damage, we will provide you with a list of prices that we charge per item in case of loss or damage. We will refer to this list of fees to determine the amount of deposit that can be reimbursed, or whether additional payments are necessary.

✓ Advance Payments. To confirm your booking, the deposit of €400 per tent serves as your advance payment. The total deposit of your booking needs to be paid in full before the booking can be confirmed and scheduled. The remaining rental costs and possible damage or loss of materials will be invoiced within 3 days after your booking has ended. This final invoice must be paid no later 7 days after the last day of your booking period.

✓ Final payment. Within three days after the rental period, you will receive the final invoice summarizing the total cost of the rented tents, any package deals ordered, and applicable discounts. Additional charges incurred during the rental period will be included in the final sum. We kindly request that you settle the bill as soon as possible and no later than seven days after the invoice date.

✓ Specials. We offer an array of specials to bring you the best deals on our tents and package deals. Any discounts that apply will be reflected on the quote and final invoice.

✓ Reduction. Paying the deposit per tent and other expected costs for the rental period in full and in advance can save you money. We offer a 5% discount on the final invoice if you choose this option. The discount will be applied after the renting period when the final invoice has been created.

✓ Cancelation policy. We aim to provide you the best service for your event, but sometimes plans change. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery and set up of the tents and equipment, we cannot refund the paid deposit.

However, if you cancel the booking before the 72-hour mark, you can receive an 80% refund of your advance payment. This means we only charge 20% of the total invoice as compensation for the already incurred costs. We appreciate your understanding and hope to work with you in the future.

✓ Tent Delivery and Setup Services. We offer delivery and setup services at no extra cost for transportation. We'll provide you with our delivery and setup schedule, so please ensure that you understand and are present during these times. Additionally, we'll inform you if there are any restrictions or extra fees for deliveries made outside regular business hours.

✓ Tent Removal and Pickup Services. We offer a convenient pickup service at no extra cost to you. Please ensure that the tents are unoccupied and all personal belongings are removed at the agreed time of pick-up. If a tent is still in use upon our arrival, a waiting fee of €30 per hour per team member on-site will be applied.

✓ Ensuring Weather and Safety Precautions. Tents are built to protect you from the elements, but they are not invincible. In the event of less severe weather conditions, we offer additional safety equipment like tent weights or anchors. However, if the weather conditions pose a safety risk, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this case, 80% of the deposit (advance payment) per tent will be refunded.

✓ Cleaning and Returning service. We'll handle the setup and arrangement of all equipment for your booking date, as well as the takedown and cleaning once you're done. Remember, you won't be responsible for cleaning the tents, but it's important to leave them in the same state you found them. Be aware of our policy regarding the deposit you've paid for liability and damage. Failure to return tents and equipment that exceed the deposit paid may result in additional fees.
