Extra charges? Nope, we keep it simple! Your tent price is per night, and you can book for at least 3 nights. For all-inclusive deals, it's just a one-time cost per tent for the entire stay. Plus, no sneaky booking fees! We often offer all kinds of specials for extra reduction. But, if our team arrives and needs to prepare the spot for your tents, it's €30 per person per hour, excluding 21% vat.

To secure your booking, we require a €400 deposit per tent, which will be charged as an advance payment. Once your booking is confirmed and your renting period has ended, we will provide a final invoice that outlines your advance payment, along with any additional fees. This final invoice must be paid in full within seven days of the date listed. It's important to note that in the event of any damage or loss to the tents or camping gear during your rental period, there may be additional costs for liability and damages added to your final bill.

You will receive a quotation from us which will be valid for 14 days and once we receive your advance payment, we will confirm your booking and schedule it. Finally, when your booking ends, we will collect our tents and equipment and we will calculate the final cost and refund the deposit, if applicable.
